To make TDOR 2021 as accessible to everyone as possible, we’ve decided to stream the vigil again via YouTube. There will be readings of the names of those who have lost their lives over the last 12 months as well as speeches and live performances. If you are interested in contributing to the vigil please contact hello@tpsw.co.uk

Trans Pride Protest and March – Saturday 20th, 11am @ College Green, Free entry

Join Trans Pride South West in Bristol for a protest against gender based abuse and violence and the ongoing hate against the trans community. The theme is “Unsafe to be me”, reflecting the deteriorating situation trans and gender non-conforming people are facing. The theme allows for all those affected by gender based abuse and violence to join us; we welcome allies who have empathy with this issue.

Community Day – Saturday 20th, 12pm-4pm @ The Station, Free entry

The staple event since the first TPSW. The Community Day brings together different groups, charities, organisations, and businesses from Bristol and across the South West under one roof. Talks and workshops will also run through out the day. As the 20th of Nov is also Transgender Day of Remembrance, we will be holding a special vigil installation for those who have lost their lives to transphobic violence. This space will also host a number of other exhibits from the trans and non-binary community.

Meet-ups – Saturday 20th, 6pm to 9pm @ Old Market, Free entry

Join us in Old Market in Bristol in three great venues to chat, catch up, and make new friends. Feel free to come and go as you please; people are welcome to attend more than one meet-up. Please note that partners, family, and friends are very welcome.
