Event Planning Volunteers
Trans Pride South West is an annual pride festival for transgender, non-binary, gender non-conforming and intersex people based in Bristol.
We’re looking for volunteers to help us plan our annual programme of events in November. Previous events have included live music, arts, sports and panel events.

The role involves:
- Planning events including booking venues and contacting speakers or performers
- Attending our events to help with on the day set up and running of the events
- Working with the Social Media Volunteer and Website Volunteer to promote our events
We’re looking for people who can commit to this role for 6 months minimum for a couple of hours per month. We’d love for our Event Planning Volunteers to join our monthly team meetings for an hour on the first Sunday of every month.
Majority of this volunteer work would be done remotely, with some in-person managing and supporting of events. We’d also love for you to join us at any of our annual programme of events in November both in person and online.
